St. David's North Austin Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all unit functions.

In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care and serves as a resource for staff to support an unparalleled patient experience. The CNC will partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality care, assist with admissions/discharges, and support

Competenze

• RN with active license or eligibility.
• ACLS certification to be obtained within 1 year of start date.
• BLS certification to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership collaboration.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
