Job summary

St. David's North Austin Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. You will partner with management to monitor nursing care and support an exceptional patient experience.

In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions/discharges, drive outcomes improvements, coach staff, and help with scheduling. Current RN with an Associate Degree and ACLS/BLS readiness is required.

Qualifications

• RN with an Associate Degree is required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improvements in outcomes and service with leadership team and SMEs.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
