Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license or compact license where applicable.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• ACLS within 12 months of start date.
• BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of start date.
• RN degree or higher required as listed.
• No travel required for this role.

Responsabilités

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services.
• Collaborates with managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery.
• Operationalizes nursing strategies to boost engagement and rounds.
• Provides guidance on interviewing, selecting, and training new staff and handles performance actions as needed.
• Manages staff scheduling and labor resources aligned with care needs and productivity.
• Supports inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.
