Responsibilities

• Assists with admissions and discharges to improve throughput and care quality.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of care quality in collaboration with management.
• Collaborates with managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when needed.
• Implements nursing strategies and employee rounds to improve engagement.
• Recommends and implements actions for staff training, performance evaluations, and policy adherence.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs.
• Supports inventory control and supplies/equipment management.
