Job summary

St. David's North Austin Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and to coordinate all unit functions. You will partner with management to monitor nursing care and become a resource for staff, supporting an exceptional patient experience.

The CNC will work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver care, assist with admissions/discharges, coach staff, and help with scheduling to improve outcomes and engagement.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
• No Travel Required
• 1 years experience Required Years of Experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
