Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (RN) Registered Nurse must be licensed to practice.
• Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Monitors and evaluates nursing care in collaboration with the management team.
• Directs and supports staff to improve patient outcomes and service quality.
• Supports nursing strategies, rounds, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Participates in interviewing, selecting, and training new staff and performance evaluations.
