The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and coordinates nursing care during the shift, guiding staff and aligning with policies to achieve excellent outcomes. You will lead admissions/discharges, assess care quality, promote teamwork, support patient-first service recovery, and help staff development, interviewing and scheduling.

Qualificações

• RN required and registered
• Associate Degree in nursing or related field
• BCLS and PALS certifications required within specified timelines

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services with the management team.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Supports nursing strategies like hourly rounds to improve engagement.
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, selecting, and training staff and related actions.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management according to patient care needs.
• Supports inventory control and supplies/equipment management
