Job summary

Medium is seeking a sales professional to manage OEM and non-OEM pumps/motors sales in the Nuclear market across the assigned territory. Remote position requiring residency within the territory; you will be the primary contact for customers, driving success in marketing, selling, manufacturing, and delivery with high quality and profit.

You will review plant operations, safety and quality requirements, manage the full sales cycle, develop proposals, and present solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent job experience within the Nuclear industry.
• 5 years proven consultative selling and negotiation success in pump/motor related products, services or relevant technical product.
• Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings, standards, specifications, and technical proposals
• Expected travel up to 75% yearly
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce or other CRM systems and the Internet
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented, organized, highly motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.
• Proactive in reporting and communicating to team

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales cycle and achieve HTI objectives; 75% travel with some weekend travel.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for customers, conduct factory tours and close deals.
• Track sales in CRM and manage the open quote pipeline for accuracy and closure.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to Sales Director; forecast territory activity.
• Identify and participate in tradeshows/conferences and training opportunities for customers.
• Pass leads for new opportunities to appropriate sales team members.
