Job summary

Gutor is seeking an Area Sales & Business Development Manager to expand market share in the nuclear power sector. The role focuses on nuclear sales, customer development, service, and key accounts within the assigned territory.

You will deploy global strategy, build long-term relationships with utilities and EPCs, and drive orders growth across tendering to after-sales support. The position is fully remote, open to candidates in Canada or the US (Florida, Georgia, Texas, Massachusetts, New

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, sales, marketing, engineering or related field.
• U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School may be considered in lieu of a traditional degree.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and/or business development experience in relevant sectors.
• Experience with nuclear power industry: utilities, EPCs, engineering firms or similar.
• Knowledge of nuclear quality including NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems used in nuclear facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand market share within the nuclear power industry.
• Develop new business opportunities and strategic key accounts.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations for FEED/EPC stages and coordinate with Tendering.
• Collaborate with Gutor regions to support international projects.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual order targets.
• Build long-term relationships with utilities, EPCs, and engineering firms.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience across lifecycle stages.
