Gutor, a leading international UPS systems manufacturer, seeks an Area Sales Manager. You will expand market share in the nuclear industry, develop key accounts, and drive orders through structured sales activities across assigned regions. Focus on customer experience from marketing to after-sales support.

You will deploy global strategies, build long-term relationships with utilities, EPCs, and engineering firms, and coordinate with global teams to win complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Navy Nuclear Power School equivalent.
• 5+ years of sales and/or business development in electrical power equipment / industrial automation.
• Experience with nuclear power industry including utilities, EPCs, engineering firms.
• Knowledge of generators, transformers, switchgear, electrical distribution and protection equipment, or industrial automation.
• Proven success in developing new business and achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with nuclear quality standards (NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B).
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems used in nuclear facilities.

Responsabilités

• Formulate strategies to meet market growth targets.
• Map key customers, consultants, EPCs, and influencers and develop long-term relationships.
• Perform technical and sales presentations.
• Engage with customers’ engineering teams to promote Gutor value proposition.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations with Tendering support for FEED/EPC bids.
• Win targeted projects in line with sales guidance.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and internal departments.
• Gather feedback from existing customers and communicate with Gutor teams.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales tactics to grow market share.
• Use reporting tools to track data, actions and commitments; achieve orders targets.
