ENERCON is seeking a leader to join our team supporting nuclear pipe stress analysis and design across the industry. This role focuses on guiding the stress analysis unit, delivering compliant ASME B31.1 and B&PV work, and mentoring engineers to grow professionally.

You will approve designs and technical deliverables, manage budgets and schedules with Project Managers, and cultivate strong client relationships to win follow-on work.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 6 years of piping design, layout and analysis experience in power generation, nuclear, or heavy industrial sectors; lead experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Advanced knowledge of ASME B31.1 and B&PV Section III piping codes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead unit leadership and management, assign work and approve timesheets; conduct annual appraisals.
• Provide technical oversight, ensure quality standards, certify design documents as required by codes and client requirements.
• Manage projects with PMs, approve engineering deliverables, and lead proposals with scope and budget input.
• Develop client relationships and support marketing of unit capabilities.
