Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks a leader to join our team supporting nuclear pipe stress analysis and design. This role focuses on leadership of the pipe stress analysis staff and driving quality across projects in the Nuclear Services Group.

The work spans modifications requiring ASME B31.1 and B&PV Section III compliance. Based in Chattanooga area, the role may sit in any nuclear office location; travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in piping design, layout and analysis in power generation, nuclear power, or heavy industrial contexts.
• Two years in a lead role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the unit and manage workload, timesheets, and annual appraisals.
• Provide technical oversight and certify design documents per codes.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to meet budgets and schedules.
• Lead proposal preparation and develop client relationships.
• Support staff development and recruitment.
