Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a leader to join our nuclear pipe stress analysis and design team. You will lead staff, drive project success, mentor engineers, and maintain strong client relationships in the growing energy sector.

The role supports the Nuclear Services Group, requires a PE license, and knowledge of ASME B31.1 and B&PV III; familiarity with AutoPIPE/PIPESTRESS is preferred. Role sits in any nuclear office location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field.
• 6+ years piping design, layout and analysis in power generation, nuclear or heavy industrial; lead role preferred.
• Professional Engineering License required.
• Advanced knowledge of ASME B31.1 and ASME B&PV Section III piping codes.
• Knowledge of AutoPIPE, PIPESTRESS and/or other pipe stress software.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access to a nuclear power plant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the unit; balance activities, approve timesheets and expenses, conduct annual performance appraisals, assist recruitment.
• Maintain quality standards; certify design documents as required by codes; provide technical leadership and issue resolution.
• Work with Project Managers to meet budget and schedule; approve engineering documents; lead proposals with scope and budget; build client relationships.
• Provide coaching and professional development for staff; support career growth and qualifications.
• Support company policies and staffing plans; assist with administrative tasks and long-range planning.
