ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to guide our Nuclear pipe stress analysis and design team.

You will oversee staff, approve designs, mentor engineers, and strengthen client relationships while ensuring quality and timely delivery on ASME-compliant piping projects across the Nuclear Services Group. Ideal candidates hold a PE license, have 6+ years of piping design experience (nuclear preferred), and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or other related Engineering field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in piping design, layout and analysis in power generation, nuclear power or heavy industrial; prefer 2+ years in a lead role.
• Professional Engineering License required.
• Advanced knowledge of ASME B31.1 and ASME B&PV Section III piping codes.
• Knowledge of AutoPIPE, PIPESTRESS, and/or other pipe stress software.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time; duration of travel may vary by project.
• Ability to motivate the team and lead through positive leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a dynamic unit, balance priorities, ensure quality, and drive project success.
• Approve engineering documents produced by the unit and mentor engineers.
• Develop professional relationships with client counterparts and assist in marketing unit expertise.
• Direct/assign work to the unit, approve timesheets and annual performance appraisals, and support recruitment.
• Ensure unit meets budget and schedule for assigned projects; manage client relations and proposals.
