Job summary

ENERCON is seeking a senior leader to head the nuclear pipe stress analysis team, directing engineering staff and approving critical designs to meet ASME B31.1 and B&PV requirements. The role emphasizes staff development, project oversight, and strong client engagement across projects.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with project managers, and drive quality and timely delivery while expanding the unit's capabilities within the NSG group and broader energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field from an accredited university.
• Experience leading piping design, layout and analysis in power generation, nuclear, or heavy industrial.
• Professional Engineering License required.
• Advanced knowledge of ASME B31.1 and B&PV Section III piping codes.
• Knowledge of AutoPIPE, PIPESTRESS, and/or related pipe stress software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the pipe stress analysis unit, balancing priorities and ensuring quality.
• Approve designs, mentor engineers and build client relationships.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and proposals; coordinate with PMs and Directors.
