Job summary

Constellation is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the detailed planning and scheduling of unit outages, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and ALARA safety practices. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive the Shutdown Safety Program while maintaining strong communication with management and operations.

The role requires extensive power plant experience, including nuclear operations and outage execution, with an SRO license preferred or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field with 8 years of power plant experience including 3 years nuclear exposure.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 8 years of plant experience including 3 years nuclear work.
• Associate degree with 10 years of power plant experience with 3 years nuclear exposure.
• High school diploma with 12 years of power plant experience including 3 years nuclear exposure.
• Maintain minimum access or unescorted access and pass medical exams per duties.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate outage schedule development to ensure spec compliance and safety.
• Oversee outage schedule reviews and lead planners and specialized teams.
• Direct development and communication of the Shutdown Safety Program.
• Coordinate outage plan execution to maintain safety and station procedures.
