Job summary

You will coordinate cross-team planning, supervise schedulers, and implement the Shutdown Safety Program to uphold ALARA and technical specs.

The role requires a strong background in nuclear power plant operations, outage experience, and familiarity with Maximo/AS9 systems, with a focus on safety, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field with 8 years of power plant experience

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate outage schedule development for the upcoming unit outage
• Direct the outage plan and schedule execution to ensure compliance and safety
• Support development of readiness materials for outage meetings and executive reviews
• Coordinate risk screening and outage performance improvements
