Job summary

Constellation Nuclear seeks a supervisor for Outage Planning and Services to support safe, reliable outage activities at a nuclear center. You will oversee maintenance discipline, coordinate scheduling, and lead craft personnel to ensure work is performed to NRC standards.

You will communicate across site management and external bodies, coach staff, and ensure adherence to training, surveillance, CAP, and process improvements. Travel 10–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years in Constellation Reactor Services.
• Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years in Constellation Reactor Services.
• Associates degree plus skilled trades apprenticeship with 7 years of experience or 5 years in Constellation Reactor Services.
• High school diploma with 9 years of industry experience or 7 years in Constellation Reactor Services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure safe and effective maintenance by qualified workers.
• Coordinate work control, scheduling and meetings for outage activities.
• Communicate plant and personnel issues to OP&S and site management; foster collaboration with INPO and regulators.
• Coach, mentor, and manage assigned employees; communicate programs and policies clearly.
• Support OP&S processes, training, surveillance, procedure revisions, and CAP; pursue improvement opportunities.
• Travel 10–50% to other Constellation Clean Energy Centers as needed.
• Perform other duties per management direction to support outage activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline

Senior Reactor Operator license

Associates/non-technical 4-year degree with skilled trades experience

High school diploma/GED with extensive industry experience
