Constellation is seeking a leader to manage reactor outage execution teams, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities across nuclear stations. You will drive standardized outage processes, coach staff, and ensure compliance with Human Performance standards.

You will develop plans, assign personnel, and oversee communications with client site management and major vendors, aiming for timely project closure and rigorous financial/technical documentation control.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum qualifications include a 4-year technical degree and 8 years of utility/related industry experience with 3 years supervisory experience.
• Alternative: non-technical 4-year degree or Associate degree with 10 years direct applicability and 5 years supervisory experience.
• Alternative: 12 years direct applicability with 7 years supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop detailed plans, assign personnel, and define detailed work scope for reactor outage execution.
• Apply expert knowledge in the execution of refueling outage services at the assigned site.
• Communicate with client site management and major vendor service organizations; drive project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation.
