Constellation is seeking a Senior Reactor Services Outage Lead to plan and execute outage and non-outage activities across the fleet, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will oversee reactor maintenance, training, and cross-functional coordination with site teams.

The role requires coordinating disassembly, fuel handling, in-vessel maintenance and planning meetings, with travel up to 90% to BWR/PWR sites. Strong adherence to procedures and Human Performance fundamentals is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 5 years of related experience.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 7 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Reactor Services outage and non-outage activities across fleet.
• Coordinate reactor disassembly and reassembly, fuel movement, in-vessel maintenance, reactor internal modifications, new fuel receipt and Dry Cask Storage.
• Develop and deliver Reactor Services training as a trainer and subject matter expert.
• Participate in work control, scheduling, coordination and engineering meetings for online, planned and emergent Reactor Services activities, to ensure work is properly assigned, planned and ready for execution.
• Communicate plant and personnel issues to the appropriate levels of Outage Planning and Services and station management.
• Provide oversight and direction of Reactor Maintenance activities and projects to ensure assigned work is performed safely and effectively by qualified workers.
• Travel to Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) and Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) sites across the Constellation Nuclear fleet up to 90% of the year.
