Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks a Senior Outage Planning and Services supervisor to oversee maintenance activities at a nuclear energy center, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency while coordinating with NRC and INPO.

The role requires leadership of craft personnel, planning and scheduling outage work, and ensuring compliance with company programs and procedures. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years in Constellation Reactor Services.
• Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years in Constellation Reactor Services.
• Associates degree or skilled trades apprenticeship with 7 years of industry experience or 5 years in Constellation Reactor Services.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of industry experience or 7 years in Constellation Reactor Services.
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, with favorable medical examination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure safe and effective maintenance work.
• Coordinate work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outage activities.
• Communicate plant and personnel issues to OP&S and station management; foster collaboration with INPO and regulators.
• Administer coaching, mentoring, and performance management for staff.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline

Senior Reactor Operator license

Associates/non-technical 4-year degree or skilled trades apprenticeship

High school diploma/GED
