Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Senior Reactor Operator to supervise an operations support staff in plant operations, ensuring work aligns with Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements. The role includes directing planning, clearance, tagging, and outage preparation to maintain safe, reliable plant performance.

Candidates should have an SRO license (preferred) or equivalent supervisory experience, with a strong background in procedures, safety, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience OR Senior Reactor Operator license with 6 years of related experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of related experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an operations support staff including work execution supervisors and clearance and tagging groups.
• Provide oversight of the FIN group to align with operational needs.
• Periodically assess the effectiveness of plant Operations.
• Support the Operations Outage SRO Planner and related outage activities.
