Qualifikationen

• 4-year technical degree and 8 years utility or related industry experience with 3 years supervisory experience
• Non-technical 4-year degree or Associates degree with 10 years directly applicable experience and 5 years supervisory experience
• In lieu of degree 12 years directly applicable experience with 7 years supervisory experience

Aufgaben

• Develop detailed plans, identify personnel, and define detailed work scope.
• Apply expert knowledge in execution of refueling outage services at the site and communicate with client site management.
• Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation; promote fiscal accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote them among all project participants.
• Effectively communicate technical, financial, and work progress to corporate and site management.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for direct reports.
