Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking an experienced supervisor for Outage Planning and Services (OP&S) to lead maintenance activities at our Cordova, IL facility.

This role emphasizes safe operations, staff coaching, and alignment with NRC and company procedures. The ideal candidate holds a Engineering degree or Senior Reactor Operator license with extensive reactor services experience, plus a willingness to travel up to half the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline with required industry experience.
• Senior Reactor Operator license with relevant reactor services experience.
• Alternative: skilled trades apprenticeship with substantial industry experience.
• High school diploma with significant industry experience in reactor services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure safe and effective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outage work.
• Communicate plant and personnel issues to OP&S and站 management; foster collaboration.
• Coach, mentor, and appraise assigned employees; convey programs and policies clearly.
• Support OP&S processes such as training, surveillance, procedures, and CAP.
• Willingness to travel 10–50% to other Constellation Clean Energy Centers.
• Perform other duties as directed by management to support outage activities.
