Job summary

Constellation is seeking Initial License Trainees to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators at Clinton Nuclear Power Station in Clinton, IL. You will train to supervise the licensed activities of reactor operators and participate in outage support as needed.

The role requires completing all training phases to obtain an SRO license and meeting minimum education and experience requirements, including a high school diploma or equivalent and engineering credentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for Reactor Operator license.
• Military reactor experience considered equivalent to operator roles.
• Engineering degree or professional engineer license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) with classroom and on-the-job training.
• Complete all training phases to obtain an SRO license.
• Supervise licensed reactor operators in the control room and support shifts.
