Job summary

Constellation is seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become a licensed Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) supporting Clinton Nuclear Power Station in Clinton, IL. The role trains to supervise licensed reactor operators and will prepare candidates to obtain NRC licensing and oversee operations in the control room.

Relocation assistance may be offered and the program includes classroom and on-the-job training with phased progression to an SRO license and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) with classroom and on-the-job training.
• Complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license and supervise licensed operators.
• Support outage activities and provide coverage per company policy.
