Qualifications

• Graduate of CAHEA accredited school of Nuclear Medicine preferred.
• MTR State of Texas license or certification requirement.
• ARRT (NM) or NMTCB certification is required or preferred.
• NMTCB PET certification is preferred.
• CPR/BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire are required.

Responsibilities

• Under physician supervision, perform Nuclear Medicine and PET procedures.
• Operate cameras and equipment with independent judgment for diagnosis.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals following scope of practice.
• Ensure radiation safety and patient care standards are met.
• Evaluate and document patient data and results; assist where needed.
