Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technician to join the team on a full-time day shift. You will work under a Nuclear Medicine Physician to perform radiographic procedures, manage isotopes for diagnostic imaging, and operate assorted nuclear medicine cameras and equipment.

The role requires Texas MTR, ARRT(NM) or NMTCB certification, plus BLS; ACLS within 6 months is expected. Join a leading cardiovascular/spine hospital network and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAHEA accredited school of Nuclear Medicine preferred.
• MTR State of Texas license.
• ARRT (NM) or NMTCB certification.
• NMTCB PET certification preferred.
• Current American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire or transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Under guidance of a Nuclear Medicine Physician, perform general radiographic procedures.
• Apply isotopes for radiographic diagnosis with independence and initiative.
• Operate Nuclear Medicine cameras and varied equipment.
• Administer pharmaceuticals and radiopharmaceuticals per Nuclear Medicine Scope of Practice.
• Demonstrate radiation safety and other duties as assigned.
