Medical City Dallas is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technician to join the team at Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals. The role is full-time, daytime hours, and involves performing Nuclear Medicine procedures with emphasis on patient care and safety.

Under supervision of a Nuclear Medicine Physician, you will utilize various cameras and radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring quality imaging and radiation safety. Eligibility for Texas MTR and ARRT/NM certification is required; NMTCB PET certification is

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAHEA accredited school of Nuclear Medicine.
• Texas MTR license (state eligibility).
• ARRT (NM) or NMTCB certification required.
• NMTCB PET certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a Nuclear Medicine Physician, perform general radiographic procedures.
• Apply isotopes for radiographic diagnosis with independent judgment.
• Operate Nuclear Medicine cameras and related equipment.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals per Nuclear Medicine Scope of Practice and ensure radiation safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
