ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks a Fire Protection Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Post-Fire Safe Shutdown/Fire Protection program for nuclear facilities.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory and code compliance, and guide project execution with a focus on safety and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in fire protection engineering, a PE license, and proven leadership in matrixed teams, with travel about 10% to support client sites and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (fire protection or mechanical preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or equivalent
• 10+ years of fire protection engineering experience, including project leadership
• Demonstrated experience in engineering project execution, client relationship management, and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations
• Approximate travel of 10% as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of engineering projects meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with nuclear and conventional codes
• Act as primary client interface for engineering execution and technical matters
• Coordinate staffing and resource planning within a matrixed organization
• Promote continuous improvement and consistency in engineering delivery
