ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Fire Protection Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Post‑Fire Safe Shutdown/Fire Protection program for nuclear facilities.

The role ensures compliance with NRC regulations, NFPA codes, and licensing commitments while guiding a diverse engineering team and maintaining strong client relationships. The position focuses on project leadership, technical direction, and strategic initiatives to uphold plant safety and regulatory compliance for ENERCON clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (fire protection or mechanical) is required or preferred.
• PE license is required.
• 10+ years of fire protection engineering experience, including project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear and conventional codes, standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fire Protection Senior Manager role overseeing Post-Fire Safe Shutdown/Fire Protection programs.
• Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with NRC regulations, NFPA codes, and licensing basis commitments.
• Engage with clients, drive proposals, define scope, and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate matrixed engineering teams and staffing with design organization leadership.
• Promote quality assurance, continuous improvement, and lessons learned across projects.
