ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks a Fire Protection Senior Engineering Manager to oversee the Post-Fire Safe Shutdown/Fire Protection program, ensuring NRC regulatory compliance and robust fire protection design across projects.

You will lead a diverse team, directing engineering evaluations, corrective actions, and long-term strategic initiatives for ENERCON clients. The role requires leading multi-discipline teams, strong client relations, and adherence to quality processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (fire protection or mechanical preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
10+ years of engineering experience including project leadership.
Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery and execution to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Serve as responsible engineering authority for Post-Fire Safe Shutdown/Fire Protection decisions.
Engage with clients, build relationships, and support proposals and scope definition.
Lead matrix teams and coordinate staffing, resource planning, and performance input.
Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement across projects.
