Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Fire Protection Senior Engineering Manager to oversee post-fire safe shutdown and fire protection programs for nuclear facilities. You will lead a diverse team across design, protection systems, and safety analyses, ensuring regulatory compliance and successful project execution.

The role involves strategic leadership, client interface, proposal support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with travel about 10% across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (fire protection or mechanical preferred); advanced degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of fire protection engineering experience, including project leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in engineering project execution and client relationship management.
• Nuclear power plant fire protection knowledge and regulatory familiarity.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulations.
• 10% travel expected as needed.
