Job summary

ENERCON is hiring a Fire Protection Senior Engineering Manager to lead Post-Fire Safe Shutdown/Fire Protection programs for nuclear facilities. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee technical decisions for Post-Fire protections and safe shutdown capabilities.

The role emphasizes client engagement, project delivery, and strategic initiatives to maintain plant safety and regulatory compliance for ENERCON clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with fire protection or mechanical focus.
• PE license is required for the role.
• 10+ years of fire protection engineering experience, including leadership.
• Experience in nuclear fire protection and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and project leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Interface with clients, define scope, and pursue growth opportunities.
• Coordinate matrixed engineering teams and staffing across projects.
• Promote QA processes and continuous improvement across programs.
