The role sits in our Kennesaw, GA office and leads the Post-Fire Safe Shutdown/Fire Protection team, overseeing design, analysis, and strategy across multiple projects. Qualifications

• PE license required
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including project leadership
• Experience in engineering project execution, client relationship management, and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of applicable industry codes, standards, and regulations
• Technical leadership and decision‑making

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of engineering projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Provide technical direction and oversight across assigned projects; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the responsible engineering authority for Post-Fire Safe Shutdown/Fire Protection decisions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support proposals and scope definition.
• Lead and coordinate matrixed engineering teams; collaborate with design leadership on staffing and capability alignment.
