ENERCON Services, Inc. is hiring a Fire Protection Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Post‑Fire Safe Shutdown/Fire Protection program for nuclear clients. You will oversee design, assessments, and regulatory compliance with NRC and NFPA standards, guiding a diverse team to ensure safe shutdown capabilities.

The role requires 10+ years in fire protection engineering, PE licensure, and strong leadership in a matrix environment with a focus on client engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (fire protection or mechanical preferred) with PE license.
• 10+ years of fire protection engineering experience including project leadership.
• Experience in nuclear power plant fire protection and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering project execution within a matrix team and ensure safe, high‑quality delivery.
• Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with nuclear and conventional codes.
• Interface with clients, support proposals, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate on staffing, resource planning, and performance feedback.
• Promote QA processes and continuous improvement across projects.
