Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a Nuclear Chief Engineering Division Director to direct engineering governance and technical analysis for nuclear programs.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in an office and monthly travel to the Kennesaw, GA home office, with primary locations nationwide including Baton Rouge, LA. You will lead a team of chief engineers and SME across multiple locations, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and cross-disciplinary collaboration for commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil/structural, electrical, nuclear, or related engineering discipline.
• PE license required; advanced certifications or graduate degree preferred.
• 25+ years of engineering experience in commercial nuclear power, design, licensing, or operations.
• 10+ years in progressive leadership managing large engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Mechanical, Structural, Electrical and Fire Protection Chief Analysis Teams.
• Lead engineering governance, reviews, and compliance programs.
• Represent Enercon with utilities, regulators, and industry groups to expand nuclear portfolio.
• Mentor and develop chiefs, discipline leads, and SMEs across multiple offices.
• Partner with directors and operations to promote innovation and digital engineering.
