This hybrid role requires three days in the office and monthly travel to Kennesaw, GA; candidates will oversee SME teams, drive governance, and engage with utilities and regulators to advance ENERCON's nuclear portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline as listed.
• Strong understanding of NRC regulatory requirements and quality assurance programs.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple locations.
• Proven leadership in setting engineering direction and governance.
• Experience engaging utilities, regulators, and industry organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, and Fire Protection teams.
• Lead engineering governance, reviews, and compliance activities.
• Engage clients and industry stakeholders to grow ENERCON's nuclear portfolio.
• Mentor Chief Engineers and discipline leads across multiple offices.
• Champion innovation and digital engineering initiatives.
