Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Nuclear, or related Engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; advanced certifications or graduate degree preferred.
• 25+ years in engineering within commercial nuclear power, design, licensing, or operations.
• 10+ years in leadership managing large engineering organizations or programs.
• Experience as Chief Engineer/Engineering Director or similar leadership role.
• Expertise across major engineering disciplines with NRC regulatory knowledge.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to influence technical strategy and mentor talent.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-40% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, and Fire Protection teams.
• Lead engineering governance, reviews, and compliance activities.
• Engage with utilities, regulators, and industry groups to grow the portfolio.
• Mentor senior engineers and develop succession planning across offices.
• Collaborate with Directors and Operations to support project execution and innovation.
