Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a Nuclear Chief Engineering Division Director to lead our Nuclear Engineering governance, technical analysis, and SME teams across mechanical, structural, electrical, and fire protection disciplines to support commercial, federal, and new nuclear programs.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the primary office and about a week of travel per month to the Kennesaw, GA home office, with leadership across multiple locations and a focus on regulatory compliance, quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering ( Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Nuclear or related field).
• PE license required; advanced certifications or graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Nuclear Engineering teams.
• Lead engineering governance, reviews, QA, and risk management.
• Engage with utilities, regulators, and industry groups to grow the portfolio.
• Mentor Chief Engineers and discipline leads across multiple offices.
• Champion innovation, digital engineering, and cross-site collaboration.
