Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline required.
• PE license required; graduate degree preferred.
• 25+ years in nuclear power engineering with leadership of large teams.
• Experience across multiple office locations and regulatory knowledge.
• Willingness to travel 25-40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering analysis and governance across disciplines.
• Oversee technical reviews, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Engage utilities, regulators, and industry groups to advance projects.
• Mentor Chief Engineers and discipline leads; develop talent.
• Collaborate with Directors to drive innovation and digital engineering.
