Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a Nuclear Chief Engineering Division Director to lead our Nuclear Engineering organization’s technical analysis and governance across mechanical, structural, electrical, and fire protection disciplines.

This hybrid role requires three days in the primary office and monthly travel to U.S. offices, directing strategy, engineering rigor, client engagement, and talent development across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field required.
• PE license required; advanced certs or graduate degree preferred.
• 25+ years of nuclear engineering experience.
• 10+ years leading large engineering organizations.
• Experience as Chief Engineer or Engineering Director.
• Knowledge of NRC requirements and design control.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–40%.
