Job summary

CoreWeave, a leading AI infrastructure provider, seeks a Sr. Infrastructure Capacity Program Manager, NPI in New York.

You will own infrastructure capacity for Hardware NPI programs, coordinating with Engineering Operations, Capacity, Supply Chain, and Construction to ensure timely landings and retirements of old hardware. You’ll drive cross-functional workstreams, track milestones, and signal BOM requirements to downstream teams, ensuring readiness before ship/deploy dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in data center infrastructure planning, NPI, or related engineering/program role.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs and manage milestones and risks.
• Experience translating hardware requirements into infrastructure, facility, or site plans.

Responsibilities

• Track NPI roadmaps and transition schedules for power, cooling, and network.
• Determine cut-over points between legacy and new hardware across sites.
• Signal BOM and scope requirements to downstream teams to enable procurement.
• Represent Infrastructure Capacity in weekly NPI/DC planning meetings.
• Drive infrastructure readiness for NPI hardware programs across power, space, and cooling.
