Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Capacity Program Manager, NPI to lead capacity planning for hardware introductions across data center sites.

You will track roadmaps, signaling BOMs, and coordinate with Capacity, Supply Chain, Construction, and Engineering Operations to ensure timely deployment of new hardware and retirement of old assets. You will attend weekly NPI planning meetings and drive cross‑functional workstreams, owning milestones, risks, and clear decisions to keep programs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data center infrastructure planning, NPI, or related engineering/program roles.
• Proven ability to drive cross‑functional workstreams and manage milestones.
• Experience translating hardware requirements into site plans and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• NPI Roadmap: track hardware roadmaps and transition schedules across power, cooling, and network.
• Cut‑over point: determine ordering cut‑over between legacy and new hardware per program.
• Signaling: define scope and BOM requirements to downstream teams for planning and procurement.
• Weekly meetings: represent Infrastructure Capacity in NPI planning discussions and actions.
• Readiness ownership: drive cross‑functional workstreams to ensure power, cooling, space readiness.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: align timelines with supply chain, construction, and design.
