Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Director, NPI Supply Chain to lead end-to-end strategy and execution for New Product Introductions in AI infrastructure hardware. You will drive material readiness, supplier engagement, demand and capacity planning, and mass production readiness from concept through ramp.

You will lead a team of program managers, partner with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Quality, and implement AI-enabled planning to optimize cost, risk, and on-time launches across global sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, materials, planning, or program management.
• Experience with NPI or technology manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, MRP, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy and execution for new product introductions across concept to mass production.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
• Develop sourcing strategies, qualify suppliers, and manage capacity commitments.
• Drive transition from development to volume manufacturing and ramp.
• Plan demand and capacity across global sites; optimize inventory and costs.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks; establish contingency plans.
• Utilize AI-driven planning and analytics for decision making.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for executive visibility.
• Build and lead a high-performing NPI Supply Chain team.
