Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Operations Program Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing programs for new product introductions and sustaining operations across hardware platforms. You will drive readiness across EVT to MP phases, manage risks, and coordinate with engineering, PLM, supply chain, and quality teams.

You will own program milestones, contribute to quality plans, manage changes in active production, and deliver executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of program management, NPI, operations, or quality in hardware environments.
• Experience owning NPI programs through EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP build phases.
• Experience managing sustaining engineering programs, ECOs, and product transitions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the NPI manufacturing program plan across EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP phases.
• Own transition from NPI to sustaining, ensure documentation and readiness for steady-state production.
• Stand up and maintain risk registers across contract manufacturers and data centers.
• Lead readiness reviews for changes introduced into active production lines.
• Develop manufacturing strategies including contract manufacturer expansion and data enablement.
• Build and communicate executive-level program updates including risks and decisions.
