CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Technical Program Manager focused on Networking Capacity Delivery in San Francisco. You will own end-to-end delivery of data center network infrastructure, turning capacity forecasts and designs into fully racked, cabled networks.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Network Engineering, Architecture, Data Center Design and Supply Chain, build scalable processes, report KPIs to executives, and drive turn-ups, peering expansions, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or network engineering.
• Experience managing lifecycle of large-scale network deployments (data center fabric builds, backbone expansions).
• Deep understanding of data center network architectures and topologies.
• Familiarity with structured cabling, optics, and hardware platforms from major vendors.
• Expertise in program management fundamentals and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, PMP).
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of network deployments within new data center builds and live site expansions.
• Develop and manage program plans for network fabric turn-ups and backbone deployments.
• Translate capacity forecasts into actionable program requirements for physical and logical infra.
• Lead cross-functional execution with multiple teams to mitigate risks to delivery timelines.
• Develop and report on deployment progress, risks, and KPIs to leadership.
• Identify and resolve complex issues related to hardware, optics, cabling, and turn-up automation.
• Establish scalable processes and KPIs to improve efficiency and predictability.
