Qualifications

• 10+ years in NPI or hardware program management at an OEM/ODM.
• 3+ years leading TPM or NPI teams.
• Experience building stage-gate processes and ECO discipline.
• Experience managing programs across multiple product lines.
• Strong visibility into schedule, readiness, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Build the NPI process from scratch with gates and readiness criteria.
• Lead and develop the NPI TPM team across 6 product families.
• Own portfolio-level program visibility with rigorous status and risk reporting.
• Set transfer-to-manufacturing standards with manufacturing engineering.
• Maintain clear RACI between TPMs and engineering leads.
