Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Capacity Program Manager, NPI to join our Infrastructure Capacity team.

You will be the go-to partner for hardware NPI, tracking data center infrastructure roadmaps, signaling scope and BOM requirements, and ensuring readiness for new programs to land on schedule. You will drive collaboration with Hardware NPI, DC Design, Supply Chain, Construction, and Finance, owning milestones, risks, and action items across power, cooling, network, and space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience in data center infrastructure planning, hardware NPI, or related engineering/program roles.
• Ability to translate product requirements into infrastructure, BOM handoffs, and site plans.

Responsibilities

• Track infrastructure hardware NPI roadmaps and transition schedules across power, cooling, and network.
• Determine cut-over points for legacy vs new hardware, balancing lead times and deployment timing.
• Signal BOM and scope requirements to Capacity, Supply Chain, Construction, and Execution teams.
• Represent Infrastructure Capacity in NPI weekly DC planning meetings.
• Drive cross-functional workstreams ensuring readiness for target ship/deployment dates.
