Job summary

CoreWeave in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Capacity Program Manager, NPI to join our Infrastructure Capacity team.

You’ll be the go-to partner for hardware NPI and Eng Ops, tracking data center infrastructure roadmaps, determining ordering cut-over points, and signaling BOM requirements. You will represent Capacity in weekly NPI DC planning meetings, drive cross-functional workstreams for power, cooling, network readiness, and ensure programs land on schedule while retiring old

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center infrastructure planning, hardware NPI, or related engineering/program role.
• Ability to drive cross-functional workstreams and manage multiple NPI programs in parallel.
• Strong understanding of data center power, cooling, and network infrastructure concepts.

Responsibilities

• NPI Roadmap: Track infrastructure hardware roadmaps and transitions across power, cooling, and network.
• Cut-over point determination: balance lead times and deployment timing for hardware transitions.
• Downstream signaling: specify scope and BOM requirements to Capacity, Supply Chain, Construction, and Execution.
• NPI weekly meeting representation: serve as Infrastructure Capacity voice in planning discussions.
• Infrastructure readiness ownership: lead cross-functional readiness for power, cooling, network, and space ahead of ship date.
